Building Signals.
The same complaint should never reach the board three times. Monty clusters recurring issues across resident requests and community posts into neutral, board-level patterns — without naming names.
Frequently asked questions
Does the board see who said what?
Signals summarize recurring building issues for review. The workflow is designed to reduce identifying details; authorized reviewers should check generated summaries before sharing them more broadly.
Where do signals come from?
Resident requests, community posts, and inbound emails routed through Monty. We do not read external email or social channels.
How does Monty decide what is a signal vs. noise?
Clustering looks at recurrence, time-of-day, location in the building, and topic similarity. A single complaint stays a single ticket. A pattern is what becomes a signal.
Can we turn this off for our building?
Yes. Building Signals is a feature toggle scoped per building. If you turn it off, no clustering runs and the dashboard tile is hidden.
