It is all of them, as one system. Monty includes a true double-entry general ledger, AR aging, owner statements, P&L and NOI, budgets, AP and vendor bill pay, and 1099. It also includes work orders, RFP workflow, staff scheduling and timesheets, native iOS and Android resident apps, and a board portal. Same database, same source of truth.

How does the AI layer work?

Because Monty is the system of record, the AI runs on each building's own data. Resident chat answers from that building's house rules, bylaws, and offering plan and cites the source.
